Initial design proof included, with up to 2 complimentary customer-requested revision rounds before final approval. Additional rounds are quoted and expressly approved before charges. Final proof approval is required before physical production. Revision rounds do not extend the cancellation cutoff: it remains the start of custom design work or physical production, whichever happens first.
A materially new concept or product requires a separate quote. Business errors are corrected without counting against revision rounds. After final proof approval, further changes may require a new quote and express approval before charges.
Most personalized orders are ready within 5–7 business days after final design approval and payment confirmation. We strive to finish sooner. During busy periods we will communicate changes. Shipping transit is additional.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. This is a production estimate, not a guaranteed completion or holiday delivery date. Local pickup is by appointment only. Pickup is scheduled after your order is ready. Amy will privately confirm the exact location and appointment time. Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation. Appointment pickup has no shipping charge. Shipping is available only to U.S. addresses at launch: the 50 states, Washington, DC, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses using AA, AE or AP. Use United States as the country and a U.S. ZIP code. No international shipping is offered. Shipping is charged at actual cost, not a flat rate, and quoted individually based on packed size, weight, packaging and destination. Amy will communicate the actual shipping charge for your approval before payment. Shipping charges are separate from the product estimate; shipping transit is additional to production time. The request form does not collect shipping payment. Carrier arrangements are handled manually. For shipping, production readiness means ready to ship, not delivered; carrier transit time is additional. The order request form takes no payment.

Cancel for a full refund of amounts paid before custom design work or physical production starts, whichever happens first. After either starts, change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Your legal rights and remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect items remain protected.
Your photos are used only to fulfill your custom order and kept in restricted private storage. You retain your rights in your photos. We will not publish them on our website, social media or ads without your separate explicit permission. Marketing permission is optional and never required to order.
No payment is collected by this form.
